Understanding how important time is to players, we offer a remarkably quick turnaround—often being asked to restring within an hour or two—so you never miss a match or practice.

Easy Process: Hassle-Free from Start to Finish
Booking your restringing with Bespoke couldn’t be simpler. Our streamlined process puts you in control:
- Visit Our Website & Create an Account –
Why? Your tenth restring is on us!
You’ll also be able to enter free draws for our bespoke racket services and never miss out on any promotions Bespoke and its affiliates offer and you get our monthly newsletter.
- Select Your Service – Choose the restringing or customisation service you need, including your preferred string type, grip, grommet replacement, dampener etc.
- Drop Off or Postage – Bring your racket to us or select a postal service for added ease and print your label.
- Confirmation & Scheduling – We will email you upon receipt of your racket, check your requirements, and ask you to confirm them. We’ll notify you of when we aim to send your racket back. All strings advertised are kept in stock, so our maximum turnaround is usually 2 to 4 days, yes you can also supply your own strings there is an option, or contact us and we can supply any string your prefer.
- Expert Service – Our technicians complete the restringing and update you once finished, or if any issues arise.
- Notification – You’ll receive a message when your racket is despatched or ready for collection.
- Pick Up or Delivered – Collect your racket (please message us beforehand), or if posted, your chosen courier will manage delivery. Should any delivery issues arise, contact your courier directly— then you’re ready to play at your best!
Our friendly team is always on hand 7 days a week, to help with any queries or special requests, making the entire experience stress-free.
